Coagh abduction bid: Court case adjourned for four weeks
The case of a Moy man charged with attempted child abduction and assault in Coagh earlier this year, has been adjourned for four weeks.
Ricardas Janusatis, 55, from Church View appeared at Dungannon Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
The court heard that a forensic report has been received and that a further four weeks was required by the prosecution.
Janusatis is alleged to have committed the offence on May 28.
