COC13 goes for Annie world record
FOLLOWING the success of Londonderry’s erstwhile world record-breaking Santa stunt the UK City of Culture 2013 is at it again this time with an attempt to choreograph the world’s largest song and dance routine from the musical ‘ANNIE’ scheduled for Ebrington on March 2.
Londonderry Mayor Kevin Campbell has signed up for the World Record attempt.
Children from the Foyle School of Speech and Drama will be performing in Austin’s window from 12noon – 4pm on Saturday, January 26 as part of their recruitment drive for the World Record attempt. All money raised will be in aid of the Foyle Hospice.
