Coffee morning at Lagan Valley raises money for children’s hospice

The domestic staff of Lagan Valley Hospital would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported their coffee morning which took place in September and raised £1288.97 for NI Children’s Hospice.

Maureen Ward who organized the event alongside her colleagues in Domestic Services said; “I am delighted to have raised so much for the Children’s Hospice and I know that they will put the money to good use caring for life-limited children here in Northern Ireland.” She added: “I would like to especially thank Warnock’s Chemist, Bingo Magic, Windsor’s Bakery, Jeffers Bakery, Mackey’s Bakery and all the patients and staff of Lagan Valley Hospital who attended our coffee morning.”

Jenay Doyle, Community Fundraiser for Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice said; “We would like to say a big thank you to Maureen and all those in the Domestic Services Department of Lagan Valley Hospital .
