Coffee morning for Foundation
SOUTH Down UUP MLA John McCallister has thanked everyone who came along to support his recent coffee morning in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
He raised £180 for the charity with his fundraiser which was held in his Newcastle constituency office on Friday morning.
“It was great to welcome so many people along to the office for a coffee, scone and chat,” said Mr McCallister. “Coffee mornings and other such social events are a great way to meet people, but at the same time raising money for great causes.
“I look forward to helping the British Heart Foundation in the future.”
