“Within Northern Ireland there are many suffers of Spina bifida and/or Hydrocephalus and for that very reason it is of utmost importance that research and assistance is available.

He added: “SHINE charity has aided many within our society and indeed within my constituency of Upper Bann. I was delighted when the Rainey family who are well known locally for their very personal connection with their daughter Zoe having been born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus pledged their support for this coffee morning.

“It will be an informal gathering and an occasion to raise some much needed funds for the further investigation in to treatments, research into causes and for the practical support they provide to suffers.”

Everyone will be very welcome at the event.
