Coleraine Grammar appoints Vice Principals

Another important step in the establishment of Coleraine Grammar School has been confirmed with the appointment of three Vice Principals.

The positions have been filled by Mrs Jackie Smyth and Mr Andrew Hamilton, with both having responsibility for pastoral care in the new co-educational voluntary grammar school. They are joined by Mr Rhys Evans, who will be responsible for curriculum matters across both campuses – Castlerock Road and Lodge Road.

Coleraine Grammar School will open on the 1st September and will initially operate across two campuses. All three senior colleagues are currently vice-principals in either Coleraine Academical Institution or Coleraine High School and are therefore very familiar with the running of both schools and with the needs of the current pupils.
