College ‘in awe of great work’ by Andy Allen
Carrickfergus College were presented with a crystal plaque to thank the school for raising money for the charity Andy Allen Veterans Support NI.
The fundraising took place before Christmas and was pupil-led, with year 13 and 14 pupils running a coffee morning in school.
A statement from the college added: “Thanks must go to Andy for taking the time to show his appreciation. The school are in awe of his great work in this area and will follow the charity’s efforts closely in the future.”
