Pupils in years eight to 10 took part in a ‘bubble ball’ tournament at the 3G pitches.

The sport combines fun and fitness as participants don an inflatable clear plastic ball, which is worn from the waist up, to play a game of football with a twist.

A staff member from the school said: “The pupils involved had an absolute ball and quite frankly couldn’t have cared less about the football part of the activity and more about who they could bump into and knock for six!”
