‘Colourful’ record
A Gilford man who was involved in a street fight was given a conditional discharge last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Stephen Kelly (41), High Street, Gilford, had pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour on April 10 last year at a previous court.
It was adjourned for a pre-sentence report.
District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, said colourful would be the adjective to describe the defendant’s record.
