Community centres for sale
THE community centres at Drumgor, Ardowen and Moyraverty are now up for sale, following the opening of the new Brownlow Community Hub.
A spokesperson for Craigavon Borough Council said: “We can confirm that with the opening of the brand new £3 million Brownlow Community Hub, the closed community centres of Drumgor, Ardowen and Moyraverty are now up for sale by tender.
“The former Corcrain Community Centre in Portadown is also included in the Tender exercise.
“The deadline for the receipt of tenders is 12 noon on November 7 and normal tendering processes apply.”
