Community hub is officially opened

THE Mayor of Craigavon, Councillor Alan Carson opened the Hub to a diverse audience of both local community representatives, and other statutory agencies on Thursday, November 10.

The Hub has taken five years to complete from research, planning, financially and building and it will be used by customers from Council’s three former community centres as well as the wider Brownlow area and other community based interest groups.

“This is a fabulous centre and real tribute to the Brownlow area,” said the Mayor Councillor Alan Carson, “I’m really proud that this plan has come together so well.”
