The event can accommodate 100 people so we in the North West can bring around 20 to 30 people. Last year 23 people from the Derry office attended and an enjoyable afternoon was had by all. Jackie would like us to confirm numbers by Wednesday, August 27, so we need to hear back from people soon if they would like to go. Volunteer Fred Young has provisionally booked a bus for 29 people. The food and entertainment will be provided free, however, we need to cover the cost of hiring the bus, so there will be a cost of £9 for the return bus journey.

To book a place contact either Fred Young or Annmarie Houston, Activity Leader/community access, RNIB, 1st Floor Embassy Building, 3 Strand Road, BT48 7BH. Telephone 02871 366 060.
