Condolence from Deputy Mayor
Deputy Mayor Gary Middleton, has expressed his condolence to the family of Esther Scobie.
“It is with great sadness that I heard of the death of Mrs Scobie, former teacher at Newbuildings Primary school. I’ve met her many times at various events since I left the school. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this sad time.”
