Confirmation at Hillsborough Parish Church
Twenty-two teenagers were confirmed in their faith by Bishop Harold Miller at Hillsborough Parish Church last Sunday evening. The church was packed to capacity with some 300 people present.
The music was a blend of traditional hymns on the organ with a worship band also playing some modern hymns.
The 22 candidates were prepared by the Rector, Rev Dr Bryan Follis, on the foundations of the Christian faith over the past six months.
Following the Service, everyone attended a reception in the church centre.
