Connect 2 official opening event
THE official opening for the Ballymoney Connect2 Bridge Project is to take place in November.
During a recent Amenities Committee meeting, members were asked to note that the offical opening event for the Ballymoney Connect2 Bridge Project (being organised by Translink) is to take place at 11am on Wednesday, 7th November 2012.
The report explained: ‘As a project partner in this £1.3m capital scheme, Council is cordially invited to the event to highlight the provision of the bridge etc at Ballymoney Railway Station which connects both station platforms and the town centre to Riverside Park.’
It is recommended that Council note the date of the official opening event as regards the Ballymoney Connect2 Project.
