Consultation on schools funding
East Antrim MLA Alastair Ross has encouraged parents, teachers, governors and staff in primary and post-primary schools respond to the Department of Education’s public consultation on changes to school funding.
“As modern life becomes more demanding, we are seeing schools adapt to the changing needs of young people by offering breakfast clubs and in some cases a complete package. It is vital that this recognition of the importance of educational establishments is backed up by Departmental support,” he said.
