Convicted of fraud
A Lurgan man was convicted at Craigavon Magistrates' Court for claiming benefits he was not entitled to.
Christopher Toal (29) of Gilpins Manor, Lurgan claimed Jobseekers Allowance totalling £5,412 while failing to declare employment.
He was given a three month prison sentence suspended for 12 months.
He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Social Security Agency
