Cooking demo for Exorna WI members

TRAINEE Chef Mark Stuart was the special guest at Exorna WI’s February meeting.

Mark demonstrated ‘home smoking’ of chicken and made fresh pasta.

Mark also brought along a selection of home made wines made from local hedge rows and his garden.

A vote of thanks was made by Mary McCahon.

At the meeting Kay Williamson was introduced as a new member and welcomed by all.

The Exorna quiz team - Marti Laird, Elsie Sawyers and Marie McKinney were congratulated and thanked on winning the annual area quiz.

The birthday girl was Ann Pollock.

The competition for an ‘unusual bottle stopper’ was won by Dorinda Kyle.
