Cookstown man accused of witness intimidation
A Cookstown man has appeared in court accused of intimidating a witness.
Richard Fuhl, 51, from Milburn Park, is charged with threatening or intimidating a female on November 29.
Fuhl is also accused of assaulting a male on the same date.
He was remanded on continuing bail until January 23.
