Cookstown man denies exposing genitals
Cookstown man Emmet McElhatton, 21, from Conway Close has denies a charge of exposing his genitals on June 24 last year.
McElhatton, who appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court, is further accused of pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of a female on the same date.
The defendant denies both charges. The case will resume on August 4.
