Correction to court report
In an online post on May 29, 2016, involving charges against a young Portadown man we included incorrect details of the charges he faces..
In our report of the case against Bayley Murphy (18), of Kernan Hill Manor, Portadown, we stated he was charged with having Ecstacy in his possession, with intent to supply. This was incorrect. The charge was simply that he had the drug in his possession.
He was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on June 28.
