Could Lurgan get its first snow of winter today?
Lurgan may get its first real dose of winter today (Friday) with forecasters warning that snow is on its way.
The Met Office says it will be cloudy and showery today with outbreaks merging into longer periods of rain, sleet, hail and possibly snow this afternoon.
It will feel cold in the later afternoon as the winds turn to a strong to gale northwesterly.
Saturday will be cold and windy. From mid-day cloudier skies and scattered, locally wintry, showers will gradually spread from the west.
