Could your dog snap a prize?

The Larne, Carrick and Newtownabbey Times - along with Brandy, Northern Ireland’s local dog food - is asking readers to send in photos of their dog son holiday with the family.

One lucky local reader will win a Brandy hamper and will then be in with the chance of winning the overall Morton Newspapers prize of a fantastic return Stena Line ferry crossing for a car, up to four passengers and, of course, the family dog.

To enter the competition, simply fill in the entry form in this week’s paper and send it along with your picture to Brandy Dog Competition, Larne, Carrick and Newtownabbey Times, 8 Dunluce Street, Larne, BT40 1JG.

Alternatively, email your picture along with your name, address, phone number, name of your dog and title of photo to [email protected] or post your photo on our facebook page.

The closing date for entries is 12 noon on Thursday, October 31.

From the entries received, the judges will select the best photos for publication in the Larne, Carrick and NEwtownabbey Times and readers will vote for their favourite.
