“Millburn is inspected on a Monday and Friday/Saturday morning due to the high footfall. Millburn site was inspected and cleaned on Monday, broken glass was identified in the car park only, no glass was found in the play park.”

The statement went on: “On receipt of this media query, a member of the team was immediately dispatched to clean the park to prevent any potential injuries to children or adults. Council ask that members of the public report any incidents such as this by telephoning 028 7034 7171. If out of hours, please telephone Council’s emergency number 07850570763.”
