Council Chamber falls silent
Members of Coleraine Borough Council marked a minute’s silence at the start of last week’s Council meeting in memory of those who had been killed in road accidents in past weeks.
Mayor, councillor George Duddy, paid tribute to victims Emma Scott and Ryan Bradley, both from the Borough. Ryan was a nephew of SDLP councillor Roisin Loftus. Sympathies were also expressed to councillor Mark Fielding following the death of his brother.
