Council officer praised by Mayor

The work of Ballymoney council officer, Liz Johnston, in organising improvements to derelict and unused buildings in the town has brought praise from the Mayor, Councillor John Finlay.

During last week’s monthly meeting, the Mayor commented on the efficient manner in which work had been organised by Ms. Johnston. “She has done a great job,” the Mayor said.

Work on sprucing up parts of the town, most notably, Linenhall Street, has given the area a brighter look which will stimulate business interest as well as making a better impression on visitors.
