Council vote to reconstitute arc21
Mid and East Antrim Council’s Policy and Resources committee has voted to reconstitute arc21, the umbrella waste management group arc21 for 11 Eastern councils, as a Joint Committee with effect from April 1 2015.
To committee also agreed to accept the proposal from Newry, Mourne and Down District Council to join arc2l.
