Councillors tackle football legends at London property event
Cllr Uel Mackin and Ald Allan Ewart met former Premier League footballers Bobby Zamora and Rio Ferdinand at MIPIM - the UK's largest property event - at Olympia, London recently.
The councillors were part of a delegation from Lisburn and Castlereagh who were at the event promoting the area to potential investors and developers.
Ex-England internationals Zamora and Ferdinand are directors of the Legacy Foundation, which works to bring sport, education and affordable housing projects to local communities.
