Countdown to 109th Antrim Agricultural Show

The 109th Annual Show of Antrim Agricultural Society will be held on Saturday, July 25 in the beautiful green grounds of Shane’s Castle Estate, on the Shores of Lough Neagh, Antrim.

This year the cattle section will continue to promote the McLarnon Feeds/NISA Dairy Cow Championship and also the Danske Bank Champion Dairy Cow or Heifer.

Antrim Show is renowned for its cattle and sheep sections, as well as classes for pedigree and Non Pedigree Goats and eight classes for Pigs.

Antrim show is also a major event in the local equestrian calendar.

The Horticulture and Home Industries section will have a very impressive and colorful array of entries, and new for 2015 is an allotment section to encourage allotment holders to get involved in growing and displaying for competition.
