Court appearance after Dungiven burglary
A 33-year-old is to appear in court today on charges relating to an incident in Dungiven yesterday.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: “A 33 year old man is expected to appear at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court today, October 3rd, charged with Burglary, Common assault, Threats to Kill, Possession of an Offensive Weapon, and four counts of Assault on Police. The charges relate to an incident in the Dungiven area on October 2nd and will be reviewed as usual by the Public Prosecution Service.”
