Court orders winding up
The High Court has ordered the winding up of Londonderry building firm Premier Developments (NW) Limited.
The winding up order was made at the Royal Courts of Justice on May 1, following a petition from Commissioners of Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) petition on March 21.
