Co Tyrone man accused of attempted sexual assault of police officer in Cookstown
A Co Tyrone man accused of the attempted sexual assault of a police officer has appeared at Dungannon Magistrates Court.
John Hugh McCullough, aged 36, from Davagh Road, Omagh, is charged with attempting intentionally to touch a constable, the circumstances being that the touching was sexual, and that she did not consent to the touching, on February 21.
McCullough also faces charges of disorderly behaviour and assault on police at James Street in Cookstown on the same date.
He said that he understood the charges against him.

A police officer told the court that she believed she could connect McCullough to the charges.
District Judge Francis Rafferty released the defendant on personal bail of £200 to appear again in court on April 17.
He made it a condition of bail that the accused is not to be under the influence of alcohol in a public place, and submits to a breath test if required to do so by a police officer.
