Pre-sentence report ordered in case of Coalisland man accused of possessing cannabis and pregabalin
A District Judge has ordered a short pre-sentence report in the case of a Co Tyrone man accused of possessing drugs.
Thirty-one-year Sean Brian Fitzpatrick from Pinebank Gardens, Coalisland, is charged with possessing cannabis on January 13, and Pregabalin on December 10 last year.
District Judge Francis Rafferty adjourned the case at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Friday until May 8 for the report to be prepared.
He told Fitzpatrick to cooperate with the Probation Service. The judge also granted legal aid “in light of the record.”
