Crash closes William Street lane
THE townbound lane of William Street was closed temporarily on Monday morning after a crash at the junction with North Street.
Shortly before 8.50am police received a report that a Citroen car and a Nissan car had been collision. There were no reports of any serious injuries.
The two cars and a police car blocked the townbound lane while police spoke with both drivers. Debris from the crash, including a door panel, remained at the scene at dinner time.
