Credit Union schools’ quiz

BALLYMONEY Credit Union held a very successful schools’ quiz competition with the majority of local schools taking part.

The winning teams now proceed to the next round at the beginning of March before the national final in Dublin on 1st April.

Competition A 1st Team 2A William Pinkerton Memorial PS - Chloe Hutchinson, Lauren McMullan, Scott Knowles, Archie McIntyre 2nd Team 1A St brigids PS - Maeve Kerr, Conor Olphert, Adam Glenn, Ethan McDowell.

Competition B

1st Team 3B Model C.I.P.S - Leah Cassells, Jamie Mitchell, Lauren Mitchell, Erin Simpson

2nd Team 2B Eden PS - Lewis McAuley, Chloe McAuley, Jessica Morrow, Luke Pollock

In each competition the winning team members received £10.00 each, a plaque and a certificate and the winning school received a trophy and £100.

The runners up each got £5.00
