Accused of assaulting woman
THE case of a 37-year-old man accused of assaulting a woman on the Belsize Road three years ago has been adjourned until April 23.
Jiri Hlavaty (37) from Orange Hall Lane, appeared at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Monday charged with a number of offences relating to an incident on September 26, 2009 on the Belsize Road.
He faces a number of charges including an assault occasioning actual bodily harm to Michaela Porter, being in charge of a vehicle when unfit through drink/drugs, threats to kill and failure to provide a specimen when in charge while unfit.
