Alleged to have stolen guitars
Nauris Vilipsons, aged 37, from Ardnaskea Park in Coalisland has appeared in court charged with stealing two guitars from a house.
He is accused of burglary at an address in Coalisland on October 1st this year.
A police constable told the court that he believed that he could connect the defendant to the charge.
District Judge John Meehan adjourned the case until November 23rd for attitude and contest date availability.
Mr Niall McGuinness appeared on the defendant’s behalf.
