After a man made unwanted approaches to members of the public in an NI town, the PSNI has appealed for witnesses.

Police are investigating the incident in Portadown and appealed for anyone who may have information to contact them.

Constable Orr said: “On Tuesday, 1st December, it was reported to us that between 5:30pm and 6pm the previous evening, on 30th November, a Male made unwanted approaches to members of the public on Union Street and on Montegue Street. The Male is described as being around 5’10” tall and was dressed in dark-coloured clothing.

“We would appeal to anyone who was in these areas on 30th November between 5:30pm and 6pm, and has any information which may help our investigation, to call 101 and quote reference number 285 of 01/12/20.”
