Arrest after drugs and firearm found
A 19 year old man has been arrested after police in Craigavon recovered a suspected firearm and drugs.
Officers conducted a house search in the Lurgantarry area on Wednesday, 18 December and seized a suspected firearm, fireworks and a quantity of herbal cannabis. The man was arrested for possession of a firearm without a licence, possession of fireworks without a licence, possession of Class B drugs, being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs and resisting arrest. He was later bailed pending further enquiries. The suspected firearms and drugs were sent for examination.
