Assault
Police are a investigating an assault that occurred during the early hours of Friday morning, May 25.
Sometime between 2.30am and 3am, an 18 yr-old male was assaulted by a group of four unknown males in an unprovoked attack. The assault occurred in an area between Galliagh Park and the Meadows when the victim was punched and kicked sustaining injuries to his head, face and body.
Anyone who may have seen a group of youths in the area at the time or if they have any information, should contact Police at Strand Road station.
