Bench warrant issued
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Dungannon man who failed to appear at court.
Bernard Christopher Cawley, 26, from Oaks Road, faces charges of criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon.
“He was granted High Court bail on the condition that he reside at the Simon Community,” his solicitor told the court. “But he failed to turn up (after being released in November).”
District Judge John Meehan issued a bench warrant at the request of the Public Prosecution Service.
