Benone hit and run - man in court
A 30 year old man is expected to appear at Londonderry MC today charged with a number of driving related offences including causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving, driving while unfit, and failing to stop for police.
The charges relate to a hit and run collision on Benone beach on Sunday, July 21st, when a woman and child were injured.
