Burglary leads to court appearance

Before the court was Trevor Hughes, whose address was given as Lyndhurst Road, in the Waterside.

The accused faces one charge of burglary, alleged to have taken place at the Da Vinci’s hotel and nightclub complex, Cityside, on August 11.

He is also charged with common assault and of failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so.

The 43-year-old accused will appear in court again in connection with the offences on October 23.
