Car trailer stolen from hire firm

POLICE in Lurgan are appealing for information following the theft of a car transporter from hire premises on Ballynamony Lane.

On Wednesday, August 10, the transporter was hired by a man and was due to be returned on Saturday, August 13. It was not returned.

The transporter is a two axle Ivor Williams tile bed. The tail ights are enclosed in galvanised steel boxes.

The man who hired the transporter was travelling with another male in a navy Toyota Avensis with a partial registration of 07-G.

Police are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this incident or the whereabouts of the trailer to contact them on 0845 600 8000.
