The van was recovered a short time later. Police are also investigating a report that two road racing bikes were stolen from a garage at the Loughermore Road, Ballykelly area. Enquiries are continuing. Police are also investigating an other report of theft at the Loughermore Road area, but it is not believed that anything was taken during this incident.

Detectives are appealing to anyone with any information about these incidents or anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the Riverside Cottages or Loughermore Road areas to contact CID in Limavady Police Station on the non-emergency number 101.
