Carrickfergus money find reported to police by kind citizen

Police are appealing for anyone who may have lost a sum of cash in Carrickfergus town centre to get in touch with them.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “A sum of money has kindly been handed into police yesterday in Carrickfergus, it was found in the high street area of the town.

“If you believe this to be yours, please contact police via 101 and quote serial RM20039738.

“After the relevant checks are made, we will return the money to its owner.”
