Case deferred against woman charged with offences on ‘Lundy Day’ in City
A woman charged with public order offences has had her case put back until April 11 at Londonderry Magistrates Court.
Fiona Rossella Bonnes, 27, of 121 Stevenson Park, is accused of being disorderly and resisting Constable Jason Campbell on December 7 last year. The offences were alleged to have been committed on Carlisle Road.
The Court was told she had not received her Summons.
