Charged with exposing himself
A man was charged with exposing himself when he appeared last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Vergil Covaciu (25), Tandragee Road, Portadown, is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals on July 28 this year intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
A police officer said he believed he could connect the defendant with the charge.
The case was adjourned until October 5 to obtain Covaciu’s attitude to the charge.
