Charged with having firearm
A LURGAN man has been sent for trial to Craigavon court after appearing last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at the local courthouse.
He was 29 year old David Harper, of Avenue Road, Lurgan.
He is charged that on October 13, 2011, he entered as a trespasser a private house at Drumellan Court, Craigavon, with the intent to steal and he had with him a handgun.
Harper is also charged with possession of a firearm or an imitation firearm.
He was released on bail to appear at Craigavon Crown Court on September 18 for arraignment.
