Contest in drink driving case
Barry John O'Hagan, 35, from Upper Cranlome Road at Ballygawley, will contest a charge of drink driving at court on January 25th.
He stands accused of having excess alcohol in blood at Carnteel Road in Killeeshil on July 31st.
The case is adjourned until January 11th for pre-trial review.
